As an
OTM Solutions Architect
working within
Redwood Platform Services , you will be responsible for quickly adapting to situations and learning on the fly to support client projects.How You Make a Difference Everyday:
Create "to-be" business process designs that meet customer requirements and provide for dynamic management of freight.Perform Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM) configuration according to client requests.Work with the customer manager to manage delivery of solutions on time and within budget according to all business requirements identified for the project.Perform solution design, including directing other team members and identification of mitigation strategies for project-related issues.Work independently to define scope and implement smaller solutions for clients.Perform business process and functional audits and provide suggestions to improve the use of OTM and GTM to meet the client's needs.Document test scripts and test OTM/GTM applications.Perform training for end users.Assist with analysis and tool development to improve transportation planning at the operational and tactical level.You’ve Got This?
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Systems.3-5 years of Supply Chain experience.2-3 years of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) and GTM (Global Trade Management) experience.Must have excellent writing and communication skills.Ability to work independently.Ability to learn on the fly.Willing to travel up to 25%.What We Offer:
