Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Developer with over 5 years of experience in Pega v8+ development. The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor and a self-starter who can manage their work with minimal supervision. This role requires proven experience in Pega development, including Pega PRPC and Pega BPM, and a strong understanding of Pega rules, data model, and application architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain Pega applications using Pega v8+.
•Work independently to manage tasks and deliverables.
•Utilize Pega PRPC and Pega BPM for application development.
•Understand and implement Pega rules, data model, and application architecture.
•Leverage Pega frameworks such as Customer Service and Smart Dispute (preferred).
•Develop solutions using Java, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP).
•Apply Agile development methodologies in project execution.
•Solve complex problems with attention to detail.
•Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
•5+ years of Pega v8+ development experience.
•Proven experience in Pega development, including Pega PRPC and Pega BPM.

•Proficient in Java, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP).
