Overview:
Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for an ERP Administrator. This is a full-time permanent opportunity that and offers outstanding benefits and bonus.Responsibilities:Own incidents and carry out investigations to support the root cause analysis.Liaise with support management providing feedback and updates on issues and customer escalations.Administer and maintain Dynamics SL 2018, Liaison Messenger, SPS eCommerce Connector.Montor the interface between Dynamics SL and High Jump (WMS).Provide operations and project support for the Dynamis SL.Work with Business Units to maintain environments by upgrading to the latest version software.Work with Application support of project activities by installing/upgrading related ERP products and third parties on the test environments.Work with internal teams and 3rd party support companies.Continual self-development to improve product knowledge.Maintain technical documentation, installs, manuals and runbooks.Ensure SLA and KPI targets are achieved.Min:USD $80,000.00/Yr.
Max:USD $90,000.00/Yr.
Qualifications:2-3 years experience of ERP software technical supportKnowledge of the following ERP Functions - Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, System administration, Supply Chain management.Experience with SQL, REST, IIS.Experience in Dynamics SL 2018.Familiar with Agile and Scrum/Kanban methodologies and practices.Knowledge in software development processes, models, lifecycles, and methodologies.Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud Services.Familiar with Active Directory and / or Azure Active DirectoryWorking experience of Microsoft Operating systems, Win11, Server 19/22Experience supporting a 24 x 7 critical ERP environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly communicate technical issues to a non-technical audience.The ability to work to deadlines, on own initiative and out of hours as/if required in ensuring minimum business disruption.Accuracy and attention to detail are both essential.Strong team player, keen on contributing to & improving the team.
