Our Boston-based NPO client is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support their C-Suite; this is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate for this role has 2+ years of senior executive support experience, strong calendar management skills, experience coordinating complex travel arrangements, and openness to handle the day-to-day administrative duties. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and an ability to shift priorities as needed.Compensation : $25-27/h, $55-60k annuallyranges listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.Applicants must be able to work onsite in Boston, MA to be eligible as it is a Hybrid position. *If you are interested in this position and would like to be considered, please submit a copy of your resume today!Responsibilities:Manage the scheduling, preparation, and administration of external/internal meetings and eventsExecutive level support; schedule and coordinate appointments, travel arrangements, expenses, etc.Oversee ad hoc projects for various departments and levels of staffCoordinate with facilities as needed for room bookings and office managementOversee reception deskAssume additional responsibilities as requiredQualifications:Bachelor’s degree required2+ years of experience providing Executive/Senior administrative supportHeavy calendar management experienceExperience effectively communicating with senior management and board membersAbility to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding work ethic and reliabilityAdvanced MS Office Suite experienceOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity & InclusionThe Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
