ResponsibilitiesGuide customers through the PCI assessment questionnaireProvide consistent quality service to our customersHandle inbound customer inquiries over the phone, chat or emailsIdentify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide guidanceAccurately enter customer details into databaseUse problem-solving ability to understand customer's technical problemsProvide timely follow-up to resolve customer's inquiriesHandle customer complaints respectfully and professionallyQualifications
Customer service experience preferredAbility to multitaskExcellent communication skills and phone etiquetteTeam playerSkilled in Windows, all internet browsers and understanding of computer networksEligibility Requirements
