Overview:
We are in the business of home ownership and are looking for a Doc Auditor who will find a career home with us. This non-exempt role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail as you will be responsible for reviewing documents for complete accuracy.What you will doDuring this process, you will work to verify the correct state and county recording fees are being collected, documents were signed, and the required documents were included from the sender. Additionally, you will prepare checks to be sent with the recordable documents to the correct state and county for recording.Tracking, Reviewing, and ReportingReview all documents and recording fees for 100% accuracyMaintain accurate records and logsComplete necessary reporting, including QuickBooks softwareCommunicating and CollaboratingCommunicate with recorders and treasurersProvide updates to closing department and management to ensure accuracy in processWorking knowledge of state and county recording requirementsAdditional duties, as assignedWhat you will bringHigh-school diploma or equivalentKnowledge of real estate terminologyStrong customer service focusClear verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesCapability to work both independently and as part of a teamProblem-solving mindset with ability to multitaskFamiliarity with computers, including Microsoft officeIf you have transferrable skills and feel like you would be a good fit, please dont hesitate to apply!What we offerCompetitive payrates based on skills and experienceExtensive benefits package : Medical, dental, vision, HSA, mental health programs, Employee Assistance Program, short term disability, voluntary insurance (LTD, auto, home, life, legal, pet, identify theft), employee discountsRest and relaxation:
