We are in the business of home ownership and are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator who will find a career home with us. This non-exempt role is for someone who loves working with details in a fast-paced and team-centered environment as you will be responsible for collaborating with multiple parties to facilitate the scheduling of closings in a timely manner.What you will do

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you are responsible for completing all scheduling, re-scheduling, and cancellation requests for all closing orders. In this position, you will work directly with signing agents, our clients, and their borrowers to coordinate the events as assigned.Client ServiceCoordinate scheduling assignments between signing agent, borrower, and clientsHandle incoming calls from signing agents, borrowers, and clients regarding schedulingFollow client-specific scripting call dialogueMeet company production, fee, and turn time standards as set forth by department ManagerMonitor incoming scheduling emailsComplete requests for reschedules and cancellationsEstablish and maintain relationships with signing vendors and clientsAddress vendor payment questions/issues as necessaryCommunicate and CollaborateCommunicate openly and respectfully with clients, team members, and leadersCommunicate with closing teams regarding all unscheduled closings and title not cleared files to obtain approval to scheduleMaintain open communication with closing team members and post-closing auditorsTrack and report daily work to team leaderAnswer incoming phone calls that roll to Vendor Hotline queueCross train in answering the company phones, CPL, Patriot Act, and bankruptcy searchesCross train in Vendor Management and Signing Only to provide coverage during peak timesAll other duties assignedWhat you will bringHigh school diploma or equivalent1-year customer service experienceMust possess good organizational skillsStrong multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient with MS Office and office equipmentIf you have transferrable skills and feel like you would be a good fit, please dont hesitate to apply!What we offerCompetitive payrates based on skills and experienceExtensive benefits package : Medical, dental, vision, HSA, mental health programs, Employee Assistance Program, short term disability, voluntary insurance (LTD, auto, home, life, legal, pet, identify theft), employee discountsRest and relaxation:
