This position is responsible for providing direct patient care In a safe and effective manner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: data collection and care appropriate tot eh age of the patients served, with appropriate Nursing Assistant interventions. The Nursing Assistant plays a key role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction to our patients. Working under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, the constant observer maintains constant direct observation and visualization of identified patient(s). The Nursing Assistant provides activities of daily living to patients, and is responsible for providing excellent patient hygiene. Assisting patients with ambulation, toileting needs, and taking vital signs are additional functions of this role.
