Our client is replacing three siloed software systems with a unified Salesforce Public Sector Solution LPI platform. We seek a
Modernization Technology Architect
to lead the technology architecture for this project.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership : Guide our client and external vendors in implementing and maintaining the Salesforce LPI platform.Architecture Definition : Refine the technical and data architecture, ensuring alignment with project goals.Milestone Coordination : Establish working agreements with vendors, defining technology milestones and release criteria.Product Roadmap Development : Collaborate with the Product Manager to finalize the roadmap based on user research.Engineering Practices : Set and enforce engineering processes and standards for successful project delivery.Ongoing Support Structure : Define a sustainable organizational structure for ongoing operations with vendors.Requirements
Proven experience leading development projects and engaging with executives.Significant experience with large-scale Salesforce applications.Familiarity with tools like Salesforce (LPI, Data Cloud), data management (MuleSoft, Tableau), REST APIs, CI/CD tools (Jira, Copado), and mobile frameworks.Strong communication skills and the ability to manage vendor relationships.
Preferred : Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies, SaaS/IaaS platforms (AWS, Azure), and public sector security/privacy considerations.
