Military
veterans
are welcome!Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related)
driving experience is a plus , but not mandatoryAs we grow, supervisory roles will be availableSuccessfully handle and
deliver
packages
on timeSafely
drive and perform safety
inspections
on Company vehicleFollow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policiesProvide
excellent customer service
and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditionsKeep pace
in
physically demanding
job; work in all
weather
conditions and on various routes;
lift
packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locationsCommunicate effectively
with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completedUse
smart phone device
for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team membersLoad and unload packages in delivery vehicleSupport the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routesBenefits & Scheduling:
20.00 to 21.00 per hour
(paid weekly)8 to 10
hour shifts3 to 4 daysYou must work at least one weekend dayShift Breaks : (2) paid 15-minute breaks and (1) unpaid 30-minute meal breakMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance offeredPaid time off
begins accruing immediately at the start of employmentKey Duties & Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Must be
at least 21 years oldMust hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's licenseAuthorized to work in the United StatesMust pass a
4-Panel Drug Screening
(which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)Must have a
clean motor vehicle report
(multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)Must have good English speaking, reading, writing /
communication
skillsEquipment Provided:
Delivery Vehicle & GasHandheld technologyUniformsOther safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment
HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1 WEEK to COMPLETE .It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver's license.
