PLACE is a dynamic and innovative technology company looking for a motivated Mid-Level System Administrator to join our IT team. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our internal IT infrastructure, provide support to end users, and work with cutting-edge technologies to help maintain a secure and efficient environment.Job Summary:
As a Mid-Level System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's IT systems, including both Windows and Mac OS environments. You will be working with endpoint management systems such as Kaseya VSA and Jamf to ensure the security, performance, and reliability of all endpoint devices. This role requires you to have strong experience in providing helpdesk support and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. You must be available to work in the corporate office on a regular basis.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain Windows and Mac OS environments, ensuring systems are secure, up-to-date, and performing optimally.Utilize endpoint management systems (e.g., Kaseya VSA, Jamf) to deploy software, manage updates, and enforce security policies across all devices.Provide Level 2 and 3 support for helpdesk requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.Administer and support IT services and applications, including Okta and Google Workspace.Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures, including user access controls and endpoint protection.Monitor and maintain server and network performance, including routine backups and disaster recovery planning.Collaborate with the IT team on projects related to system upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and security initiatives.Document system configurations, procedures, and IT processes.Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and use of company technology resources.Qualifications:Minimum of two years of experience as an IT Technician or System Administrator.Proven experience with both Windows and Mac OS environments.Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Hands-on experience with endpoint management systems, such as Kaseya VSA and Jamf.Helpdesk experience providing support to end-users in a corporate environment.Familiarity with Okta, Google Workspace, HubSpot, and other cloud-based services is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be available to work in the corporate office on a regular basis.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and growth.A collaborative and innovative work environment.Access to the latest tools and technologies.
