Executive Assistant
This position requires an active
Public Trust
clearance or the ability to obtain a
Public Trust
clearance to be considered.
There are three positions.
The Executive Assistant will assist with CBP's Administrative tasks.
Compensation & Benefits:Estimated Starting Salary Range for
Executive Assistant : $53,000 to $73,000.Pay commensurate with experience.Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided.Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.Executive Assistant Responsibilities Include:
Serves as a facilitator for a variety of meetings and ad hoc projects. This includes setting the agenda, managing to the agenda, controlling the meeting environment, tracking action items, distributing meeting minutes, and reporting to stakeholders to ensure everyone is up to speed on project status and next steps.Supports the successful planning and execution of meetings and working sessions that have stated goals and/or objectives and require actionable outcomes for the PMO.Supports all project requirements, which may include providing acquisition program management consulting and analysis as required to facilitate the success of specific programs. Assists the Program and Project Managers in managing and coordinating acquisition activities that may consist of monitoring required procurement timelines and milestones, assisting in the preparation and development of acquisition documentation, acquisition program documents, plans, and performance measures, and providing advice and assessments throughout the acquisition process.Assists in the development of a variety of acquisition-related program-supported business documents in accordance with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), General Services Administration (GSA), CBP, Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR), and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) regulatory requirements, and applicable policies, procedures and/or Federal directives. The contractor shall develop requirements documentation meeting all applicable agency and federal requirements and deliver such documentation to the Government for review and submission to Procurement.Assists the Government in the preparation of Market Research, Determination of Findings, and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) documentation. Market Research and AoA documentation must consist of industry research and analysis of a minimum of three (3) vendors who can meet the criteria required.Assists in the preparation of Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) and lifecycle costs for acquisition and program support requirements. The contractor will conduct the necessary research and analysis of the current market and other agency purchases of similar products and services, review historical prices, perform comparative analysis to similar programs, and obtain pricing data to facilitate the development of realistic program costs. The contractor will collect and analyze data in order to estimate the time, money, materials, and labor required to complete a project and/or procure a product.Creates templates and document processes related to the cost estimating process and serve as the cost estimating subject matter expert for the PMO.Executive Assistant Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
Bachelor's DegreeFive years' experienceMust have experience using SAP (ERP System).Experience in IBM TRIRIGA Integrated Workplace Management System preferredOffice management required, and data analytics experience desired.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills.Must be able to obtain a Public Trust.Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee FederalCompany Information:
