Job DescriptionAs a frontend developer, responsibilities include but not limited to working with development project teams, UI/UX designers and Business analysts to develop and maintain reusable UI components that are accessible, performant, scalable, and robust. Must be familiar with WCAG 2.1, ADA compliance and responsive design. All development will be tested by the developer for accessibility using JAWS screen reader along with multiple browser plugins. Must have excellent communication and teamwork skills. Be self-directed, committed and a quick learner.
Requirements
5 years experience:
React.jsHTML5, CSS Frameworks, including BootstrapADA, WCAG 2.1, Section 508 compliance policiesUser Experience design principles and standardsProgramming application user interfaces using current JavaScript/Front-end frameworks building and implementing reusable UI components and front-end libraries3 years experience:
Java 8, this includes using relevant IDE tools such as Eclipse/Jboss Developer Studio2 years experience:
JPA frameworkSpring frameworkSpring Boot and Spring DataWorking within an Agile development environmentDesired Skills
JBOSS Enterprise environment experienceMinimum Education
