We just kick started the Celonis project and are in need of an Integration lead to drive the data integration activities with Celonis
Job Summary :Process Mining Data Integration Lead will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data to drive process optimization and operational excellence for the business. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the integration of data from various sources (SAP & Salesforce.com) into the Celonis platform, enabling the extraction of actionable insights and the identification of process improvement opportunities.Key Responsibilities :1. Data Integration Leadership: Lead the end-to-end integration of data from disparate sources including SAP & Salesforce.com into the Celonis platform, ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout the process.2. Celonis Platform Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on Celonis, utilizing its functionalities to analyze process data, visualize process flows, and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; Onboard Single-signOn (Okta) and User Access management (Saviynt).3. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and data sources, translating them into technical specifications for data integration and analysis.4. Data Modeling and Transformation: Develop data models and transformation processes to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data, where needed, into the Celonis platform, optimizing performance and scalability.5. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of data integration processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of insights generated by Celonis.6. Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize data integration processes and Celonis configurations to enhance performance, scalability, and usability.7. Documentation and Training: Document data integration processes, methodologies, and best practices, and provide training and support to internal teams and clients as needed.8. Business Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their business objectives, demonstrate the value of process mining, and present findings and recommendations for process improvement.Qualifications :•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.•Proven experience in data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing.•Extensive hands-on experience with Celonis or similar process mining tools.•Good knowledge of data models in SAP and Salesforce.com•Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
