Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Technology MAC Support Specialist position! This is a 4 month contract-to-possible hire opportunity and will be on site in Charlotte, NC. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Serve as subject matter expert for MAC end user technologies, systems and applications.
• Perform backup and reconfiguration. Restore the data, get them back up and running.
• Work with local leadership, device management, and integrations team to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
• Track and report on incidents and provide timely response to support requests, following through to ensure user satisfaction.
What You'll Need:
• 3-5 years related experience
• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Technical/end-user computing support including:
• Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Apple operating systems.
• Apple/MAC certification preferred
Pay Range: $30-40/hr +
