LHH has partnered with a reputable firm in NYC in their search for a temporary Litigation Legal Secretary. The duration of the project is expected to last 4-6 weeks. The position is hybrid with 3 days required in office.

Responsibilities:Preparing and e-filing documents including but not limited to complaints, discovery, and motion practice in Federal and/or State Courts

Handling multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

Heavy calendaring and scheduling for meetings, calls, deadlines, and proactively ensuring deadlines are met

Manage attorney's schedule and calendar all meetings/deadlines

Document management, organization, retrieval, and production

Maintain case pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and research for large volume cases

Prepare and finalize pleadings in accordance with applicable court rules

Draft Table of Contents and Table of Authorities

Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation secretary.

Highly organized with ability to support multiple attorneys

Strong written and verbal skills

Pay Rate: $35-$45/hourPay Details:

$35.00 to $45.00 per hour
