More senior developers will be expected to work independentlyConstructs conceptual application architecture including records, reports, and news feeds.Participate in design and configuration sessions and apply feedback to improve and enhance work products.Participate in testing of all developed features, including edge cases.Translate the functional requirement to the Appian business flows with the help of Process Models, Rules, CDTs, Web service IntegrationDefine architectural & development standards for the project in adherence to Appian and client's best practices.Qualifications and SkillsSelf-motivated and able to take initiative with minimum need for supervisionEffective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesHighly motivated, organized, and methodical, but can handle change in strideAnalytical and proven problem-solving skillsHigh emotional IQExcellent organizational and time management skillsDemonstrated willingness to dive into the details to guide projects completionDesired characteristics in candidatesEffective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesAnalytical and proven problem-solving skillsHigh Emotional IQEmbraces challengesTeam-orientation rather than an individual contributor
