Job Details CONTRACT - RT NICU (754) - 13 WEEKS - 7:00P-7:00A NO CALL REQUIRED Job Requirements Must have: Adult respiratory experience in an acute care setting Preferred or nice to have: Adult critical care experience/ICU, ED Skills required for typical procedures: Standard RT procedures (Nebulizers, CPT, arterial blood gasses, ventilator management, inhaled nitric oxide, bronchoscopy assistance, intubation assistance, transporting with mechanical ventilation within the hospital—for example to CT/MRI) Schedule Information Nights/Days Shift: 7:00P-7:00A Weekends: Rotating—4 weekend shifts per month Unit Specific Information Unit Information: Number of Beds – N/A Number of Staff – 50 Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 supervisor on shift, 7-9 staff Night Shift – 1 supervisor on shift, 7-9 staff Patient Ratios – assignments are based on volume, not number of patients for RT—about 35-40 per shift Type of equipment – GE ventilators, V60 BiPAPs, Airvo HFNC EMR – Meditech Permanent Positions on Unit Available?
