Apex Systems is in need of a Wireless Engineer/Architect to support project and operational work. This position is responsible for the wireless network including 8000 WAPs, controllers and related routing domains. If interested, please send resumes to
[email protected] .The Wireless Network Engineer is required to design large scale upgrades, to implement and employ performance management tools and work with the rest of the wireless team for operations support. The selected candidate will be required to participate in an on-call support rotation.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience with Wireless Network Architecture and Design OR Equivalent combination of education, experience, and certificationsRequired Skills:5+ years managing WLAN technologies including 802.11 b/g/n/ac/ax standards following industry best practices5+ years of 802.1x authentication and securityExpert level experience with high-density WiFi solutions5+ years deploying and managing Aruba mobility controllers and wireless access pointsExperience with Clearpass RADIUS infrastructureExperience with wireless troubleshooting and site-survey toolsDevelop comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, implementation plans, and technical specificationsProvide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders and internal teams on network Wireless Access best practices, industry standards, and emerging trendsExperience with ITIL processes; Incident, problem, change, & configuration managementDemonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a teamAdditional Experience Desired:
