Description:The Senior Executive Assistant role plays as a critical support function within *** Technologies (AET). This individual will report directly to the Executive Vice President (EVP), Technology and will collaborate across Technology and business executive offices. The Senior Executive Assistant will interact with executives and senior management from various business units across ***. The candidate should demonstrate strong executive presence, and an ability to act strategically in an information intensive and fast-paced environment. They should be able and comfortable prioritizing activities for the EVP and facilitating on their behalf. The Senior Executive Assistant will also assist in the coordination of special projects and ad hoc administrative requests, as required. A successful candidate must be a strong multi-tasker, self-starter, and adaptable.

Responsibilities include:Organizing and maintaining complex and changing calendars and managing conflicting time requirementsCoordinating, preparing, and reconciling expensesCoordinating logistics and arrangements for regular and ad hoc internal or external meetings and eventsUndertaking proactive follow-ups on critical to-dos in order to effectively meet deadlines/commitmentsCoordinating payroll, real estate, compliance, and other administrative/project work activitiesActively supporting planning for team building and employee engagement activitiesManaging team contact lists, organization charts, PTO tracking, and reportingAd hoc support for EVP and Director Assistant in preparing presentation materials and analyzing data
