For a brief 1-minute video about us, you can check https://youtu.be/uJWBWQZEA6o.What are we looking for?Scrum MasterBoston, MARequirements:10+ Years of Experience in a scrum master roleDeep knowledge of agile principles, practices, frameworks and metricsMust have experience as a Scrum Master before they transitioned into a coaching role with couple of years of experience coaching people, leadership, coaching multiple teams and teams transform from doing agile to being agileAbility to quickly assess teams’ maturity, develop a coaching plan and skillfully take on the appropriate stance (coach, teacher, mentor, partner) to help the teamProficiency in delivering training on Agile concepts and tools to a diverse set of audienceExpertise in designing and facilitating outcome-oriented meetings/ceremonies at the squad and Tribe levelTrack record of driving behavior and culture change across all levels of the organizationCertifications such as CSM (Scrum Alliance), PSM (Scrum.org), RSM (Scrum Inc.) CSPO, PSPO, RSPO, PMI/ACP, SPC etc. Is preferable.Experience as a Product owner is nice to have.
