Desired experience:
Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired Education:
Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category; or have bachelor’s degree related to the labor category and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.Responsibilities:Conducts all-source analytic production on foreign nuclear programs to include, but not limited to,production facilities, stockpiles, logistics, systems employment, security and vulnerabilities of facilities and stockpiles.
Analyzes nuclear weapons proliferation and procurement, monitors and provides supply chain vulnerabilities of controlled and dual use technologies, materials and expertise.
Performs analysis on foreign State adherence and implementation of international and bilateral commitments related to nuclear weapons.
Apply expertise in WMD, counter-proliferation, and network analysis (Counter Threat Network), social network analysis, and command and control systems.
Serve as an analyst whose primary responsibility will be informing through structured research using multiple sources and analytic tool suites.
Deliver products that increase the client's situational understanding and comprehension of WMD and associated proliferation networks.
Other duties:
Technical specialization in areas such as nuclear fuel cycle, associated weapons development pathways, etc.Providing intelligence analysis for DoD and/or an intelligence agency in an analyst role, including multi-intelligence WMD.Direct experience at the strategic or operational level writing all-source analytic products.Practical understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT Database.Experience with MS Office, Excel, and big-data analytic techniques for structured and unstructured data.ABOUT NALLEY CONSULTING
