is currently seeking a

Senior Nuclear Systems Analyst (JIPOE)

to join our team in

Fort Belvoir, VA

in support of Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). DIA provides intelligence on foreign militaries and their operating environments so the United States and its allies can prevent and decisively win wars. It serves everyone from the president to the soldier in combat through a combination of expert analysis, intelligence gathering, and cutting-edge science and technology.

Conducts all-source analytic production on foreign nuclear programs, including production facilities, stockpiles, logistics, and security vulnerabilities. Analyzes nuclear weapons proliferation and procurement, monitoring supply chain vulnerabilities of controlled and dual-use technologies. Performs analysis on foreign State adherence to international and bilateral commitments related to nuclear weapons. Applies expertise in WMD, counter-proliferation, and network analysis, including social network analysis and command and control systems. Delivers products that enhance the client's understanding of WMD and associated proliferation networks. Provides technical specialization in areas such as the nuclear fuel cycle and weapons development pathways. Conducts intelligence analysis for DoD and/or intelligence agencies, including multi-intelligence WMD analysis. Writes all-source analytic products at the strategic or operational level. Utilizes Intel-related databases and big-data analytic techniques for structured and unstructured data. Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience and a bachelor's degree or 12 total years of experience in lieu of a degree. Technical specialization in nuclear fuel cycle and weapons development pathways. Direct experience at the strategic or operational level writing all-source analytic products. Practical understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT Database. Experience with MS Office, Excel, and big-data analytic techniques. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have and be capable of obtaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level. Preferred Qualifications:

Technical specialization in nuclear fuel cycle and weapons development pathways.
