We are currently seeking an experienced Sr. Business Applications Admin - NetSuite to maintain and improve our system landscape. This is a full-time salaried position. You will join a team of engineers performing various tasks to solve basic and complex problems with creative solutions. You will have direct ownership of your work, be self-sufficient, and have opportunities to work with many different technologies and grow your technical skills. Special projects will be assigned based on company needs and priorities. You will be rewarded for working smart, communicating effectively, creativity, and innovative problem solving.

In this role, you will have multiple responsibilities including project deliverables, technical support, and system administration for business-critical applications. Additionally, you will be working with various departments as your stakeholders to support their requests, system enhancements, design, implementation, and daily support.

Primary Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Provide technical guidance and administration of Netsuite ERPWork with 3rd party Oracle Netsuite Vendors and integratorsUnderstanding of Java script and usage of Netsuite APIsProvide technical support and administration of ZendeskWork with vendors and supporting of connecting Zendesk and NetsuiteAtlassian product line support and administration from an application levelScripting for data inputs and outputs assisting in custom fields and changesConnecting and support integrations, 3rd party modules, and add ons to Atlassian, Netsuite, ZendeskCoordinating technical and project efforts among vendors and integratorsProvide strong customer service communication to internal stakeholdersPerform regular data audits and resolve data integrity issuesGain feedback from customers and apply to new requirementsAssessment of new tools and integrations in support of operational efficienciesDesign and implementing searches, reports, dashboards and process monitoringBe involved in all phases of a project: requirement gathering/analysis, gap identification, solution architecture/design, development, configuration, validation, quality control, documentation and trainingProvide support to users and maintain proper system access; and support end user technical requests. Monitor end-user usage of systems, tracking performance, performing daily administrative and support tasks and maintaining and dating system documentationRequired Skills and Experience

BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience5-10 years of ERP/CRM administration experience, including 2-3 years with NetSuite and implementing API integrationsFamiliarity with ITSM tools like Zendesk, ServiceNow, or JiraExperience with creating and maintaining documentation in ConfluenceProficiency in REST API scripting, with knowledge of Boomi and Celigo integrationsDesired: NetSuite SuiteFoundation CertificationExperience with Salesforce is a plus
