We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator with experience managing the ERP, and other Billing solutions as well as developing and implementing integrations through Celigo. This individual should be an experienced back end software administrator that is well versed in designing, developing and implementing integrations. This role will support teams across the company to design the best solutions to move data between application boundaries using industry standard approaches. This is a cross-departmental, hands-on role that will require the NetSuite Administrator to learn our APIs and Integration tools ensuring integrations interact with various other systems. We are looking for someone to work with nearly every product team in the ActiveProspect technology ecosystem and collaborate on all the current and latest integration technologies. This role reports to the Global Director, IT and Business Systems.Core Job Functions+ NetSuite technical administration with strong knowledge of the system, best practices (both system and process)+ Billing System administration and familiarity with SaaS and Metered Billing solutions+ Experience with Celigo designing, developing and implementing interfaces+ Build and implement API integrations (out-of-the-box & custom built)+ Ensure integrations stay current with industry best practices+ Become resident expert on integration architecture of internal business solutions+ Partner with other application teams to design/build solutions advancing our future state vision of enterprise integration+ Work with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements, develop, test, and release integrations+ Design and Develop scalable integrations between internal critical systems (e.g., Salesforce, netsuite, billing system)+ Salesforce APEX code experience preferred+ Zone Advanced Billing experience preferredTo Succeed in this Role Youll Need:+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or similar experience.+ 8+ years NetSuite technical administration experience.+ 6+ years SaaS Billing systems experience.+ 8+ years of Celigo, Mulesoft and other integration tools experience.+ Working background with integration technologies.+ A working history with AWS cloud platform.+ Experience working with third-party APIs and integration tools.+ Experience designing, building and monitoring integrations.+ Talent to collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to bring projects forward to completion.+ Strong interactive and problem-solving skills.+ Excellent communication skills.+ Ideally located in CT/ET in the United States.+ Ability to work independently and under pressure.+ Strong time management and organizational skills, be detail-oriented and take on initiatives to tackle challenges.+ Knowledge of Data & Privacy as it pertains to transfer of data between systems.+ Ability to meet in Austin, Texas corporate offices for project meetings when requestedBenefits and Perks+ Flexible work environment with a focus on work-life balance+ Competitive salary and benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, and life insurance+ Retirement plan with company matching+ Regular team-building events and a global, remote-first company cultureActiveProspect is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.Powered by JazzHR
