Geographic Information Systems Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a real estate firm in Dallas, TX, to find a skilled GIS Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in GIS mapping and data visualization.Responsibilities:Create, update, and maintain digital maps.Develop custom maps, charts, and reports to support informed decision-making.Conduct spatial analysis to identify patterns and trends within geographic data.Use GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, Tableau, Adobe Creative Suite, Airtable) and programming languages like Python to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.Manage software updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and integrate new tools and data sources into the GIS platform.Prioritize client needs, delivering tailored GIS solutions that meet their requirements.Build strong client relationships by providing timely, accurate, and professional GIS support.Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients understand and feel confident in using GIS data for strategic decisions.Effectively communicate project timelines and expectations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and deadlines.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Geography, GIS, or a related field.3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a commercial real estate environment.Proficiency in GIS tools such as ArcGIS, QGIS, Tableau, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with database management.Strong skills in spatial analysis.Ability to work in an onsite setting.
