Sr System Analyst - IT BSD Outage Management Systems

**Required Education/Experience**+ Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years relevant experience or+ Associate's Degree and four (4) years work experience in relevant field or+ High School Diploma/GED and five (5) years work experience in relevant field**Preferred Education/Experience**+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Business+ Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Business**Relevant Work Experience**+ Hands-on of experience with at least three (3) of the following technologies: Structured Query Language (SQL), such as Oracle PL/SQL or Microsoft T-SQL Object-oriented programming, such as Microsoft .NET (VB , C#) or Java IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) IBM WebSphere Message Queue (MQ) Oracle WebLogic, Shell Scripting, Microsoft Windows Server management, Microsoft Windows Desktop management Preferred+ Distribution Control Center Experience Preferred+ Experience supporting production systems on a 24x7 basis+ Experience with disaster recover solutions and drills+ Must have working knowledge of various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, etc.)+ Must have ability to learn new technology as required for the job using documentation and other available resources+ Experience supporting vendor ERP work management systems is a plus+ Experience working in a large-scale organization is a plus+ Specific technical knowledge to be specified at the time of posting.+ Ability to plan work of self & others and resolve technical and other problems**Skills And Abilities**+ Demonstrated analytical skills+ Strong written and verbal communication skills+ Effective interpersonal skills+ Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills+ Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.**Licenses And Certfications**+ Driver's License Required**Additional Physical Demands**+ Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.+ Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.+ Provide 24x7 On Call support, 7 days a week.
