International Nursing RN - Emergency Room - Adult

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Emergency Room Job Duration: 104 Weeks Shift: Day - 11.5x3 - 07:00 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Two years of emergency room experience, including IV insertion and phlebotomy skills, and experience with conscious sedation License: New York State RN License, Primary Source Verification Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA PALS, AHA ACLS, IV/Phlebotomy experience, TNCC (specific to certain hospitals) Must-Have: English proficiency (Speak, Read, Write) Job Description: - Provide high-quality nursing care in an emergency room setting - Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy smoothly and efficiently - Administer conscious sedation as required - Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care - Adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities - Provide clear and effective communication with patients and the healthcare team - Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and documentation - Uphold all healthcare regulations and facility policies in all nursing practices
