MRH Rehab is a rural clinic that provides the unique opportunity to treat a variety of conditions, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, orthopedics, post-op, sports medicine, vestibular/concussion and long-term neurological conditions.MRH offers a supportive, collaborative and multidisciplinary team environment with mentorship and continuing education.MRH Rehab is patient and community centered, and we just won 2022 Best of Moffat County and MRH Hospital was named 2022 Best Place to Work.SLP working primarily with outpatient pediatrics, outpatient adults and some subacute inpatient coverage as needed & modified barium swallow studies.Position Purpose: To provide diagnostic and therapeutic services, patient/family education, and appropriate referrals to patients exhibiting a speech, language, or swallowing disorder.Job Requirements

Coordinates and directs patient care services to patients of all ages to ensure that patient needs are met.Interacts professionally with the patient and/or family/caregiver and involves them in the plan of care.Adapts the delivery of services with consideration for patients' differences, values, preferences, and needs.Produces quality documentation in a timely manner to support provision of care, according to current standards that are based on professional association and regulatory guidelines.New graduates welcome to apply.Schedule Information
