Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Emergency Room Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night - 3x12 - 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. (36 hours per week) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum years of experience not specified License: GA or Compact License required Certifications: ACLS, PALS, NIHSS Must-Have: Ability to float to Clinical Decision Unit as needed Job Description: - Work every other weekend- Provide high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency department- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to triage and treat a diverse patient population- Demonstrate proficiency with emergency medical equipment and procedures- Maintain professional and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members
