Job Summary:
Currently, we are assisting Client in recruiting for Warehouse Associate positions in Independence, MO.
These are temp-to-hire assignments that provide an opportunity to enhance your career, gain valuable warehouse experience (including SAP warehouse management and voice picking), and possibly secure a full-time job.
Key Responsibilities:Accurately pick customer orders, ensuring the correct item, lot number, and quantity are assembled to meet customer requirements.Prepare orders for shipment in a customer-friendly manner, ensuring accurate checks of each carton, packing material into boxes, containers, and pallets, and protecting products according to shipping standards.Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality and safety compliance.Comply with Quality Standards, Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations.Perform duties in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a commitment to quality.Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.Basic computer skills.Minimum of two years’ experience in a general warehousing or manufacturing environment.Strong attendance record and ability to work as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with SAP Warehouse Management System.Experience with voice-picking systems.Familiarity with standard warehousing and inventory management best practices.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes.Prior experience working in a regulated environment or under strict quality and safety
