Job Summary
The accurate, fast-paced picking of customer orders assuring the correct item, lot number, and quantity are assembled to meet the customer order requirements.
The preparation of orders for shipment in a customer-friendly manner, including the accurate checking of each carton and the packing of material into boxes, containers, and pallets, ensures the appropriate protection of products.
Compliance with quality standards and adherence to safety regulations is a key requirement.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick customer orders, ensuring correct item, lot number, and quantity.Prepare orders for shipment, packing materials into boxes, containers, and pallets with care to meet product and customer requirements.Follow department SOPs and ensure compliance with Quality Standards and Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations.Maintain high productivity levels in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Rotate duties daily for operational flexibility.Adhere to CDC-compliant COVID cleaning and safety precautions.Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.Basic computer skills.Minimum of two years' experience in a general warehousing or manufacturing environment.Strong attendance record and commitment to teamwork.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with warehouse management software or inventory tracking systems.Forklift certification or previous experience operating forklifts.Prior experience in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a warehousing environment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing demands.
