Our 10-week Americas Summer Internship Program offers students an immersive learning experience with hands-on work in areas across the organization. Interning with PTC provides students with the opportunity to work on high-visibility and high-impact projects. This program begins June 2, 2025, and concludes August 8, 2025.Your Impact:
Your efforts will help drive the development of auditable corporate responsibility metrics and reporting. The metrics cover material topics to PTC, including carbon emissions, sustainable products, employee benefits, diversity and inclusion, and cybersecurity. This position will allow you to leverage your sustainability subject matter expertise, data management and analysis skills, and stakeholder management savvy to ensure PTC's sustainability compliance (e.g., compliance with Europe's CSRD regulation) and to increase PTC's ESG reporting performance to investors and customers.Your Team:
As a Corporate Responsibility Reporting Intern, you will work on a variety of different projects directly supporting the Central Data Operations Corporate Responsibility team. You'll collaborate with other cross-org teams, sustainability, the people team, real estate, forecasting, legal, compliance, finance, internal audit, investor relations, marketing, and strategy teams to drive adoption of corporate responsibility metrics tracking and reporting. Some key projects may include working with the team and external consultants (as needed) to conduct reporting readiness assessments, assessing and pursuing data gaps, editing reporting control protocols, submitting to the Carbon Disclosure Project, and working to gain alignment with PTC's Corporate Responsibility Council.Your Day-to-Day:
Build internal corporate responsibility communicationsOrganize and assess data in preparation for disclosuresConduct research on evolving reporting requirementsSupport investor and customer response processBasic Qualifications:
