Your Impact:If you are looking for an internship where you can make an impact, then look no further. As a Corporate Strategy intern, you will be a key contributor to PTC's Corporate Strategy team. We are at the heart of every major decision PTC makes and, in this role, YOU will help shape and drive our differentiated strategy. Our initiatives drive growth, profitability, sustainability, and differentiation for PTC and our partners. The intern will work closely with internal business partners and stakeholders to help shape the best strategies, plans, and tactics to maximize strategic advantage in PTC's businesses.Your Team:Corporate Strategy's mission is to drive PTC's global strategic planning and execution efforts by developing and maintaining a cohesive, long-term corporate strategy that creates sustainable, competitive advantage. You will be a key contributor to this team and work closely with Corporate Development and Business Segments to understand PTC's strategy and to influence development of future strategy.Your Day-To-Day:Support Corporate Strategy initiatives and projects which shape strategies and drive opportunities for PTC. Intern project for the summer which you own and is driven by your interest in the topic

Past intern projects include emerging markets analysis, measuring the impact of Blockchain, customer buying pattern research, and sustainability implications for our customers.

Analyze markets and the participants within those markets to identify strategic growth opportunities for PTC.Effectively create your own perspectives and communicate insightful analysis with clear messages and a fact-based point of view.Gather, validate, and analyze information and perspectives from both internal and external sources.Skills and knowledge most relevant to the job:CuriosityStrong research, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skillsPossess business acumen and be comfortable dealing with ambiguityExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to think both strategically and tactically with a persistent attention to detail and problem-solving mentalityAt PTC, we believe in the power of diverse ideas and perspectives.
