Join a company driven by technical excellence and a passion for making a difference.What You’ll DoCreate and implement winning sales strategies to meet annual targets and accelerate growth in key markets.Cultivate strong relationships with top accounts, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and deepen existing customer relationships.Collaborate with finance to manage sales and expense budgets that support company goals.Analyze sales data to provide insights and optimize sales strategies.Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies with market trends.Mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional development.Develop strategies to attract new customers while expanding opportunities with current clients.What You’ll Need7+ years of sales management experience, with

mandatory experience in the plumbing or HVAC industries .Proven success in driving significant growth through strategic sales initiatives, particularly with plumbing wholesale accounts.Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal abilities to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using spreadsheets to inform decisions.Capable of delivering compelling presentations and responding to inquiries from diverse audiences.A self-driven, results-focused attitude with a commitment to customer relationship building.What You’ll GainRemote Flexibility : Enjoy working remotely with the opportunity to travel up to 75% within your sales territory.Leadership Role : Lead a high-performing sales team and have a direct impact on the company’s growth and success.Growth & Development : Be part of an innovative, growing company at the forefront of the HVAC and refrigeration industries.Competitive Compensation : Enjoy competitive pay, benefits, and professional growth opportunities within a Berkshire Hathaway company.
