Role Overview:As our Marketing and Social Media Manager, you’ll be the creative wizard behind our clients' digital glow-ups. Your mission—should you choose to accept it—is to craft killer marketing strategies, manage social media like a pro, and keep those engagement numbers soaring. You'll be the bridge between our clients and their dream audiences, turning followers into loyal fans.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies:
Craft and implement innovative marketing plans that align with our clients' goals and drive brand awareness.
Social Media Management:
Take charge of our clients' social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts that resonate with their target audience.
Content Creation:
Whip up engaging, scroll-stopping content that educates and entertains, from blog posts to eye-catching graphics and videos.
Performance Analysis:
Dive into the metrics to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
Client Collaboration:
Work closely with clients to understand their brand and enhance their online presence, ensuring a cohesive and authentic representation.
Stay Ahead of Trends:
Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and social media updates to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Creative Genius:
A knack for thinking outside the box and conjuring up unique ideas that captivate audiences.
Digital Savvy:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms, with a deep understanding of analytics and SEO.
Industry Experience:
Experience in the wellness or medical spa industry is a major plus.
Educational Background:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven Experience:
3-5 years of experience in marketing or social media management, with a portfolio of successful campaigns to show for it.
