They are the face of the company at external events and share the Cerrowire story with groups, individuals, job fairs, potential candidates, etc. This role provides exemplary customer service to internal clients through effective recruitment tools to ensure 'Ready Now' talent is supplied for the business when they have talent needs.Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combined education and experience5+ years of talent acquisition management experience, leading searches for all levels of an organizationExperience building, coaching and leading the recruiting process in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment preferredExperience using Targeted Selection or closely related processProven track record as a relationship-builder, team player, collaborator, coach, and facilitatorPassion for recruiting and ensuring a positive candidate experienceMajor Responsibility Areas and Duties

Talent Acquisition Leadership:

Execute the full life cycle recruiting process by developing a targeted sourcing strategy that leverages a variety of tools, including but not limited to: resources including the internet, social media, database, college recruiting, community organizations, agency partnerships, internal and external networking, and other techniques.Impact job description development through review and market understanding. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications; perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.Set clear expectations of process with hiring managers.Partner with Human Resources to align the culture and fit of all candidates.Develop influential partnerships with hiring managers, internal recruiting partners, and business partners.Research, propose and contribute to creating suitable and beneficial digital community partnerships and networking to enhance our candidate pipeline.Evaluate and analyze data and metrics in relation to established Talent Acquisition goals and Key Performance Indicators.Recommend process improvements, advanced recruiting approaches, and staffing best practices to increase the effectiveness of the team.Provide reporting and analytics on all aspects of the recruiting process to management.

Candidate Sourcing:

Source and qualify candidates using all possible methods, including social media, networking and various other recruiting tools.Manage the intake meeting with hiring managers; confirm alignment on the candidate profile.Guide and influence the interview team based on role, management, and team dynamics.Manage the candidate feedback and debrief process, driving the hiring process for timeliness and a great candidate experience.Be a candidate advocate to the hiring manager and interview team.Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates, demonstrating an ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.

Campus Recruiting:

Develop and manage an internship program.Manage relationships with schools, professional associations, and other organizations to build new networks of appropriate sources for hiring.Attend external career fairs and coordinate/plan internal open houses.
