Job Responsibilities
Supervise the Housing, Foster Programs, and Supportive Services Department.
Evaluate program performance using productivity data and implement necessary improvements.
Lead initiatives for program expansion and design.
Foster collaboration among departments to ensure a holistic, efficient, and client-focused service delivery.
Manage department grants and contracts to ensure timely fulfillment of deliverables and maintain clear communication with funders.
Oversee program outcomes.
Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, achievements, needs, and inquiries.
Monitor revenue and expenditures.
Negotiate contracts.
Assist in budget development.
Advocate for the agency’s clients and services within the community.
Represent the organization in county-wide meetings, task forces, and community engagements.
