Our client, a well-known and reputable non-profit, is looking to add a Payroll Specialist to their team. They are looking for someone who can start immediately and has experience in a non-profit environment!

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

3-5 years of experience with full cycle payroll

Strong communication and organizational skills

Must have experience updating service agreements/contracts

Responsibilities:

Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process bi-weekly payroll for employees accurately and on time.

Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding payroll and taxes.

Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Reconcile payroll reports and assist in preparing relevant documentation for audits.

Stay updated on payroll-related laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
