Our client, a prestigious International Development firm, is looking for a Temporary Payroll Specialist with experience utilizing Kronos.

Requirements

Min of 2 years of Payroll Experience

Experience with UKG (Kronos)

Non-Profit industry experience – highly preferred

Job Description:

Process bi-monthly payroll for 440 employees

Work closely with third party payroll vendor to ensure accurate recordkeeping, timely data entry, and appropriate reconciliation of accounts

Review and validate timesheets weekly, verifying payroll-related information (e.g., direct deposits, wage attachments, benefits, etc.) to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll
