The Lead Technical Consultant, Integration is responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of various systems and applications. The Lead Technical Consultant will work closely with technical teams, key stakeholders, and external partners to identify integration requirements, design solutions, and implement integrations that support business transformation objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute integration strategies to ensure systems and applications are seamlessly connected within Synoptek and its customers' environments.
Lead the architecture and design of integration solutions, ensuring that all components are stable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of system integrations that support critical business operations, ensuring that data flows smoothly and securely across platforms.
Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements, develop integration roadmaps, and ensure that solutions meet both technical and business needs.
Manage the integration lifecycle from initial planning through execution, including resource allocation, timeline management, and post-implementation support.
Establish and enforce best practices for integration processes, including testing, validation, and performance monitoring, to ensure system reliability, security, and efficiency.
Act as the primary point of contact for integration-related activities, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates, and addressing challenges as they arise.
Continuously assess and improve integration processes and technologies, identifying opportunities for automation and enhanced efficiency.
Lead the development and maintenance of integration documentation, including technical specifications, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, including data privacy and security requirements.
Mentor and support junior integration specialists, providing guidance to help them develop their skills and contribute effectively to integration projects.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to integrate external systems and applications, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation within the existing infrastructure.
Drive the adoption of new integration tools and technologies that can enhance Synoptek's and its customers' digital transformation efforts.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, equivalent years of experience in integration or a related field may be considered.
Experience
Customarily has at least 8 years of experience in system integration, IT project management, or a related field.
Customarily has at least 3 years of experience in a managerial or lead role, with oversight of integration teams or projects, demonstrating the ability to manage complex integration initiatives and guide teams to successful outcomes.
Proven experience in developing and executing data migration plans, including the design and implementation of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Customarily has at least 5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365.
Extensive experience in integrating enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and other business applications, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Proven track record of leading integration projects, with strong project management skills and the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Experience with integration tools and middleware platforms, with the ability to design and implement robust integration solutions.
Experience in managing relationships with vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring successful integration and operation of external systems.

The anticipated starting pay range for Denver, Colorado applicants for this role is $129,101.41 - $156,908.87 with a median of $147,140.43. Actual compensation is impacted by a number of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, specific work locations, and any potential licenses and certifications required for that role.

The anticipated starting pay range for Chicago, Illinois applicants for this role is $130,930.04 - $159,131.38 with a median of $149,224.57.
