As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of the production process.

This role involves producing and developing materials to support our community programs and ensure they effectively engage and benefit our participants. Your responsibilities will include assisting with logistics, coordinating between departments, and ensuring that schedules are adhered to. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Material Production:
Design and produce a range of materials including flyers, brochures, newsletters, posters, and digital content to promote community programs and events.Develop educational resources such as guides, handouts, and online content to support program objectives.
Content Creation:
Create engaging and informative content tailored to diverse community audiences.Collaborate with program staff to gather information and ensure materials align with program goals and messaging.
Project Coordination:
Manage the production process from concept to delivery, including coordinating with graphic designers, printers, and other vendors as needed.Oversee the distribution and dissemination of materials to ensure they reach the intended audience.
Community Engagement:
Work closely with community members and Program Director to gather feedback and insights to improve materials and programs.Organize and participate in community events to promote program materials and engage with participants.
Administrative Support:
Maintain an organized repository of all materials and resources.Track and report on the effectiveness of materials and campaigns, providing recommendations for improvements.
