Your New Role

This role provides top-level administrative support to DEI Leaders in their global capacities. Must provide support for calendars, meetings, travel, and other administrative duties as required. The individual needs to be pro-active, efficient, and highly organized and be able to work independently as well as with the team. Must be proficient in communicating professionally to employees and clients of all levels over the phone, zoom, email and in person.

Your Role AccountabilitiesReports and Presentations

- Working in AirTable, Excel, PowerPoint & Word, must be able to design presentations and prepare agendas, talking points, and briefing documents to support the department. Responsible for performing research and managing tasks as needed to support work assigned.Meetings & Travel

- Coordinates and manages executive's calendar, anticipating and proactively resolving conflicts to ensure time is used efficiently. Prepares agendas and briefing materials, sends invitations, organizes technical requirements for in-person and virtual meetings. Coordinates travel arrangements for executive and non-employee talent, processes expenses, and arranges client meals. Must be able to manage potential conflicts of schedule or priorities with discretion.Office Administrator

- Responsible for ordering department specific supplies, managing computer requests/trouble-shooting, Amex and P-card reconciliation, and maintaining and organizing digital files in Shared Drive for department to access. Must attend weekly meetings and follow-up with notes and action items. Must be able to work as a team with other Executive Assistants and Administrative personnel, providing seamless support for the executive and the department.Other duties and projects as needed - Must be able to support with ad-hoc projects for the executive and the department, including setting up new vendors, invoice processing, updating databases, spreadsheets and documents consistently, creating decks, arranging travel for department and non-employee talent, onboarding new hires, and liaising with internal/external vendors. Assist with department purchases, p-cards, and administrative requests as neededQualifications & Experience

3-5 years experiencePrevious experience working for an executive strongly preferredHigh school diploma required.College graduate, or corresponding work experience, preferred.Highly Proficient in MS OfficeMust have strong attention to detail and accuracy and highly organized.Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively and work under strict time constraints, or conflicting priorities.Must exercise discretion. Will be working with confidential information.Must be pro-active and anticipate needs of executive and department.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports.Be able to work independently as well as part of a team and exercise proactivityCapable of establishing and maintaining professional relationships at all levelsExperience in entertainment or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion space

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $47,466.00 - $88,150.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
