As a Product Support Representative, you will provide domestic and international customer support and troubleshooting of Lifecodes products, both over the phone and on site. Technical Support Representative- Transplant- Medical Technologist Responsibilities Key Accountabilities: Performing technical and application support including on-site response to customers and partners as needed Providing first-line response for complaint handling, including customer management, confirmatory testing, and documentation in 21 CFR 820 compliant system Providing documentation of calls in CRM system and escalating issues that require further investigation Serving as a liaison to other departments concerning product issues Serving on Product Development teams Working with Marketing and Service departments in the launch of new products Providing technical support at professional conferences and presenting workshops/seminars to customers and special interest groups Technical Support Representative - Transplant - Medical Technologist Qualifications Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position: Master's For full info follow application link.
