Travel Nurse RN - Clinic - $2,379 per week

Certification Details Patient Diagnoses: Infusions for non-oncologic diseases Special Procedures/Unit Details: Biologics, Cytoxan, Rituxan all for non onc. diseases Also administer Remicade, Ocrevus, Tysabri, Solumedrol, Orencia, Actemra, Simponi, Benlysta, Cinqair, IVIG, antibiotics, and more Job Details RN/Infusion Job location: The OIC is located in the Center for Advanced Medicine on the 10th floor The Infusion Center is open Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Will accept first time travelers who have 5 years experience The OIC staffs 6-7 nurses each day and sees anywhere from 35-45 patients throughout the day The nurses work in 'pods' with 2 nurses in each pod Each pod has 6-7 patient rooms assigned to it The nurses are expected to answer beeps and call lights in other pods and help out where needed Job Requirements 5 years RN experience, infusion experience preferred, MS experience is acceptable BLS, ACLS certifications required Chemo for Non-Oncology, Port Certification preferred Clinician must float within scope to meet facility needs Schedule Information 4x10 hour shifts (0700-1730, 0800-1830) Weekend Requirement: Every other On-call Requirement: No Open to accommodating block schedule: No Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks Unit Specific Information 5 years RN experience, infusion experience preferred, MS experience is acceptable Additional Details First-time travelers accepted Locals accepted: No Pending License accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days
