Our Client, Health Insurance company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant III for their Duarte, CA/ Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.Duties may include fielding phone calls, receiving and directing visitors, typing, filing, and faxing.Skills in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software required.Internet research abilities are also important.Staff in this category may also have the title of dept. asst, coordinator or associate.Previous experience within HR department is helpful but not required.Past experience scheduling meetings/interviews/attention to detail is critical.Must have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) as well as excellent organization skills.Will be assisting lead Doctor of Lab Research in managing schedule, calendar, travel arrangements, as well as other as needed administrative tasks.

Requirements:

5 years' experience in administration and assisting executives or high level management.Experience in health care, assisting Doctors, as well as knowledge of clinical labs and research strongly preferred.Bachelor's Degree
