Description:As the Business Intelligence Analyst supporting financial analysis, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the organization's financial decision-making processes. This position involves performing in-depth statistical and business intelligence analyses to inform financial strategies and reporting. In this role, you will develop and maintain financial reports, create and manage datasets for high-level financial analyses, and provide insights that drive financial performance improvements. Collaborating with various business professionals and team members, you will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial intelligence solutions, leveraging advanced BI tools and platforms to support the organization's financial goals.Full Time Exempt
This is a hybrid work position with 1 to 2 days per week being in-person. The ideal candidate will reside in the West Michigan region.
What you will need:Education: Associate's degree, bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)Minimum 5 years of relevant experienceProficiency in data visualization tools, familiarity with Tableau preferred, competent in SQLStrong analytical skills, attention to detailAbility to present to stakeholders in a clear and understandable mannerProblem-solving abilities and creative thinking.What you will do:
Develop understanding of business functions and processes and stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging business intelligence trends.Report Development: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess business performance and identify trends.Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models to support business intelligence activities.Strategic Planning: Provide insights that support strategic decision-making and business planning.Process Optimization: Partner with team members to optimize and automate routine work through BI solutions.Benefits and Total Rewards:
