What You'll Do :
The Software QA Engineer leads quality assurance efforts, ensuring software meets high standards before release. The role involves overseeing testing processes, collaborating with teams, and driving efficiency improvements, requiring strong technical skills and experience with manual and automated testing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Plans, executes, and oversees all QA activities for projects, including manual and automated testing. Designs, writes, and executes comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Performs functional, regression, performance, and load testing to ensure quality across various products. Works closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide feedback early in the development process. Analyzes test results, tracks defects, and ensures that all issues are resolved before release. Identifies, documents, and tracks software defects using issue tracking tools. Ensures product quality meets defined standards and contributes to release readiness assessments. Identifies areas for QA process improvement and leads initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. Will perform additional responsibilities when required Requirements
What You'll Bring :
BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and/or equivalent years of experience 4+ years of proven experience as a Software QA Engineer Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes Familiarity with automated testing tools and scripted languages Experience with Mobile App testing of iOS and Android applications Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Unix/Linux and Jenkins Experience with API testing and tools like Postman, Rest Client and others Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of version control systems and issue tracking tools. Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information Ability to maintain a professional atmosphere in a fast-paced environment with numerous interactions and interruptions A high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to motivate others Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with Team Members and colleagues Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs) Not Required but Nice to Have!
Experience with IoT devices and testing Experience with Flutter / Dart language Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms Knowledge of performance and load testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner Benefits & Perks:
