Job Description:
As an organizational and process guru, the Administrative Assistant will set the pace for efficiency at the Distribution Center. Providing high level administrative support to the Distribution Center Manager, this role will be essential to day-to-day operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist manager in daily scheduling of deliveries and shipmentsAssist manager in monitoring, evaluating and replacing inventoryInteract with customers on a daily basis via phone, email, and face-to faceProcess invoices and review various accounting files and recordsPrepare special and standard reportsPerform general clerical work such as data entry and maintenance, filing, ordering supplies, answering phones, etc.Word processing and extensive use of Excel spreadsheetsMaintain personnel and customer filesCross-train with other roles and/or departmentsMaintain billing information by tracking and processing customer paymentsAdditional duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or GED
Experience:
Two (2) years related business experience with two (1) years as an administrator
Systems:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to operate standard office equipmentAbility to prioritize mail and telephone calls for manager's review and/or actionExperience with schedulingStrong attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-taskBilingual in English and Spanish is preferred (as applicable)

Physical Requirements : Office position requiring telephone and computer use
The US base salary range for this position is $22-$28/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education or training.
