Title: Customer Service I - (2 Openings)
Location: Springfield, OH
Duration: 12 Months

Hours: Sunday - Thursday 5pm- 1:30am

Job Description :

  • This position works primarily in LN (Baan upgrade) to process Sales Orders clearing all fatals/issues.
  • This position works with Engineering/Supply Chain/IT to resolve the errors.
  • Updates will be made to lineset and non-lineset orders enabling us to send correct EDI requirements to Suppliers.
  • May be required to process the same order multiple times to clear errors.
  • Other systems include but not limited to CVT/EOFF/PBA/Pharos/CDMS/Flexis.
  • Extensive training will be provided. Detail oriented candidates only. ERP-LN experience preferred.
  • Computer experience and Customer Service experience is the main thing. Big Plus excel, ERP LN/Baan, Power Point.
